After the Government announcement regarding a National lockdown from 5th November 2020, we have made a difficult decision to close Stourbridge Motor House temporarily whilst these restrictions are in place.
I wanted to outline how we will be there to help keep our customers mobile during this time. Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, you can phone 01384 447970 your calls will be transferred to one of our team who will assist you with your service, MOT or vehicle repair enquiry.
Our sales showrooms and external sales forecourts will be closed to the public. The Government however is allowing non-essential retailers to operate click and collect services so we will be able to continue to handover vehicles throughout November.
Our sales teams will continue to take enquiries for both new and used vehicles via telephone, email or live chat. Or you can browse our Click & Collect online sales experience which allows you to search, value your part-exchange, apply for finance and reserve a used vehicle online from the comfort of your home.
Whether you liaise directly with our sales team or purchase via Click& Collect, once everything is complete, our sales team will arrange a collection appointment. Rest assured, vehicle handovers will take place in a COVID safe area to ensure both colleague and customer safety.
As a local family run-business the welfare of our staff and you, our customers, is of the upmost importance. We are taking the COVID-19 pandemic extremely seriously and as such we have implemented strict health & safety protocols to ensure the premises is COVID Secure. Please visit our website's News Page to read a further message which covers our Social Distancing Guidelines.
Lastly, I’d like to thank those of you that have visited the business since we reopened in May. Your continued custom and complimentary feedback regarding the measures that we have taken have been much appreciated.
Thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times and my team and I hope that you and your family remain safe and well.
